Area Specific Cleaning

---

Offices, Corridors, Workrooms, Lounges, Eating areas, Kitchen entrances and Lobby:

 Empty trash containers and replace liners.
 Clean entrance door glass and spot clean all other entrance glass.
 Wipe lunch room tables, door knobs, sinks and counter area with disinfectant cleaner.
 Dust and or/wipe desk tops that are cleared of paperwork.
 Vacuum carpeted floors and mats as needed.
 Sweep and mop hard surface floors in areas that have been used.
 Clean empty offices every other month.

Restrooms:

 Sanitize toilet bowls, urinals, hand basins, mirrors, door knobs, counter tops and walls around these fixtures.
 Restock restroom with paper products and soap
 Empty all trash cans and wipe clean as needed. Replace liners as needed.
 Sweep and wet mop tile floors with a disinfectant cleaner.

Time Specific Cleaning

One Time Weekly:

 Dust areas, including file cabinets, book shelves, desks, credenzas, tables, and tops of partitions.
 Remove cobwebs from all ceilings, doors, and corners.
 Spot clean waste containers.
 Spot clean all walls and light switches.
 Inspect storage areas and slightly used areas and clean as needed.

One Time Monthly:

 Dust or vacuum air vents as needed.
 Vacuum and or wipe baseboards.

Carpet Cleaning

Dirty, stained, or smelly carpets? No problem with our one or two step approach to make your carpets look and smell like new again. With our specially designed pre spray it doesn't matter if you have pets, childeren, or are in a commercial atmosphere your carpets will return to theyre original state.

Extraction

Small stains or just worn carpets can be extracted to bring them back to an origanal state. With this process we use our pre spray then use a high pressure water jet and wet-vacuum to clean your carpets of any odor, dirt, and small stains. This process works best in residential enviorments as well as commercial customers in low volume areas.

Scrub and Extract

This process is used on high volume areas to raise the carpet back to its original state. By adding the scrubbing the process we are able to lift more dirt, stains, and odors out of even the worst of carpets.

Stripping and Waxing

Make your floors shine like new with our stripping process or just give them a touch up with our buffing and scrubbing options. For that final touch we lay down our specially designed wax to make your floors shimmer like a water.

Buffing

Our buffing process is used on floors that are still in good shape and just need a few touch ups or to bring back its original shine. We also this as maintenance care after stripping or scrubbing to keep your floors in the best condition possible.

Scrubbing

With our scrubbing option we take away the top few layers of dirt, wax, and other imperfections in your floor to bring it back to life. This method is used on floors that are not too far gone and can still be saved.

Stripping

Stripper is used on floors that have gone years with out any sort of treatment or in high flow traffic areas where a large amount of damage or imperfections is present. With this process we take your floor down to its original coat and build it back up for strength, durability, and a brand new look.

Waxing

---

Waxing your floors is the final process we use in any of our floor treatment process's whether its buffing, scrubbing, or stripping. Wax acts as a layer of protectant for your floor soaking up all the damage so your original floor stays in tact. This process also gives your floor a nice shimmer to really make it stand out. Lock out stains with our line of protectant products. By adding a protective layer to your floor, spills will clean up easier and keep from setting in causeing a stain. Sealers work great on porous services by filling all of the holes, cracks, and crevices with a clear protectant to keep dirt and grime from settling in and leaving your floors with a nice shine. Even your garage can be sealed to keep oil and other fluids from staining and discoloring your concrete floors.
