Responsibilities of CSC
A. Unless specified in the janitorial service agreement, CSC will furnish all labor, cleaning chemicals and equipment, and other items necessary to carry out the terms of this contract.
B. CSC will furnish qualified and experienced service workers and supervisors to carry out the work to be performed under this contract. CSC will comply with all instructions pertaining to the conduct and building regulations issued by the manger, Owner, or other appointed official designated by Owner. CSC will at all times enforce the finest of discipline and maintain good order among the workers. All workers will observe all fire prevention, security, and safety rules and regulations per the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) of 1970, yours, and CSC's standards.
C. CSC will provide supervision at all times for work being performed under this contract to ensure the completion and satisfactory performance in accordance with the terms of the contract.
D. CSC agrees to comply with all federal, state, and municipal laws, rules, and regulations that are now (or may in the future) be applicable to CSC’s business, equipment, and personnel engaged in operations. CSC will take all precautions necessary and will maintain all lights, guards, signs, temporary passages, or other protection necessary for work place safety.
Employment Practices
A. CSC operates in compliance with all Federal, State, and City laws, rules, and regulations relating to labor relations, fair employment practices, pay rates, safety , and similar rules and regulation. All work will be performed in compliance with the requirements of OSHA. CSC is in full compliance with all Equal Employment opportunity (EEO) provisions as required by law, law, regulation, or executive order, specifically but not limited d to the provisions of Executive Order 11246 of September 24, 1965 as amended and the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 requiring proof of legal authority to work in the United States.
B. The Drug Free Work Place Act of 1988 and any similar regulation will be strictly enforced. All personnel will be carefully interviewed and screened.
C. All personnel will abide by all building regulations and safety rules, which may be revised from time to time.
